Courtesy Photo GRANTS, N.M. – On September 9, Grants Fire and Rescue responded to a structure fire at 712 Peek Street in Grants. The garage was fully ablaze when firefighters arrived on site. It took approximately 30 minutes for firefighters to extinguish the flames.

COVID Growth by AGE in August

Cibola County’s load of active COVID-19 cases is below 400 cases. August began the month with 491 active cases, September began with 384. August saw a tremendous slowdown of the virus’ mobility in Cibola. August saw the slowest climb in new cases by all age groups since May.
