Rainbow Road arrest

CUBERO, N.M. – New Mexico State Police were led on a high-speed chase through Interstate 40 on August 21. The incident began around 6:30 p.m., when NMSP officers witnessed a black sedan speeding down the road and turned on their lights and sirens to make a traffic stop.

Investigating the threat

GRANTS, N.M. – On August 24 the Walmart in Grants, New Mexico, ushered their shoppers and employees out of the store after multiple threats to attack the business led to a false alarm.

State Transportation Commission meeting

SANTA FE – The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) is holding a State Transportation Commission (STC) Meeting in District Six in Gallup on Thursday, Sept. 30 at 9 a.m. at the McKinley County Courthouse located at 207 West Hill St. The department holds six STC meetings each year.

GRANTS, N.M. – After nearly 10 years of asking, the community south of the railroad tracks in Milan, New Mexico has had their arroyos and ditches cleaned.
