Courtesy Photo Residents in Cibola County came together to shovel dirt and sand into bags, hoping to build barriers that would prevent water from entering homes during the most recent monsoon rains. Grants Fire and Rescue, Milan Fire Department, and the Cibola Roads Department worked to get sandbags ready for residents across the county. GFR thanked residents who participated, and those who helped support their efforts, like 1912 Market on Santa Fe Avenue who took water and other snacks to the crews.
