When the 2018 Yazzie/Martinez decision declared New Mexico in violation of its constitutional obligation to provide a “sufficient” education, one of the court’s clearest conclusions was this: the state hadn’t been investing enough in its most vulnerable students.

Cibola Municipal Arrests: July 1-31, 2025

The following individuals were arrested in the month of July 2025 by the municipal police forces (Grants Police Department and Milan Police Department). The following have only been charged with a crime, not yet prosecuted. All individuals are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
