SANTA FE – The New Mexico Environment Department and the Department of Health are advising residents statewide about potential health risks associated with dust storms, with particular emphasis for those living in Doña Ana and Luna Counties.

Two High School Juniors Will Learn to Become Leaders This Summer

GRANTS, N.M. – The Grants-Milan Rotary Club is now accepting applications for a week-long leadership summer camp, which will send two high school juniors to the Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA) Camp.The Boys Camp runs from July 13 to 19, 2025, and the Girls Camp from July 19 to 25, 2025.

Recent Mexican Wolf Numbers Warrant a Change in Direction

On Monday, March 3, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service released its Mexican wolf count as of December 31, 2024. The Service estimates that there are at least 286 Mexican wolves running wild in Arizona and New Mexico. That’s in addition to close to 350 wolves held in captivity.
