CIBOLA COUNTY, N.M. – Smoke has filled the skies over Cibola County for a few weeks, on-and-off again from various fires. This past Monday the National Weather Service put out a warning that air quality in Cibola may be unsafe for people with health issues as smoke from fires throughout the West fill the sky this week.

GRANTS, N.M. – The Cibola General Hospital Aug. 24 session highlighted the COVID-19 outbreak in the three area prisons. Hospital staff have continued ongoing meetings with prison officials about the recent epidemic.
