The Historical Society would like to remind everyone that it is YOUR society. It is a county-wide society.
Hopefully, folks have been to or by the Cibola County History Museum on High Street in Grants. This museum is for all the citizens of the county. The society board and other volunteers are working hard to be able to open the museum and we would appreciate your help. Do you have interesting items to donate to the museum? The society welcomes your stories and photos of families, ranches, villages.
From where did you come? Why did you come to this part of New Mexico? Your stories may be funny, sad, or full of excitement. The more we know about our county and the people who live here, the better we understand who we are as a county. Remember, the Historical Society is YOUR society. Join us by
becoming a member of the group, become a volunteer. If we lose our history, we lose who we have been and who we are. Contact any board member for more information.
