Clarence L. Marquez (Clinks), 62, of Los Lunas passed away unexpectedly on June 3, 2021. He was born and raised in Grants, New Mexico and moved to Los Lunas in 1987. He married the love of his life, Beatrice, on February 4, 1978. He worked at Aristech Acrylics for 29 years and was a member of Immaculate Conception Church where he was a devoted Catholic. Clarence went to school for paint and body what he enjoyed doing during his spare time for many years. His favorite thing in the world was spending time with his kids and grandkids.

He is preceded in death by his parents Floyd and Della Marquez.

Clarence is survived by his beloved wife of 46 years Beatrice Marquez, daughters; Nadine Lueras and Addie Hidalgo, son-in-law’s Able Lueras and Francisco Hidalgo. Grandkids; Jason York Jr., Dayjah and Mattias Lueras, Jonas and Haven Hidalgo and great grandsons Marqus and Arlo York. Sisters; Toni Montano and husband Johnny of Albuquerque, N.M. and Melinda Salazar and husband Arthur. Brother Edward Marquez and wife Sandra of Los Lunas, N.M.

Funeral services will be Friday, June 12, 2021, at Immaculate Conception Church located at 7 Church Loop in Tome, N.M. The viewing will be at 10 a.m. with the mass at 11 a.m.
