Michael A. LaBelle

Funeral services for Michael A. LaBelle, 31, of Milan, New Mexico will be held on Friday, November 6, 2020. A private family viewing will be held from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. at Compassion Mortuary. Rosary will be held at 10:15 a.m. followed by a funeral mass at 11 a.m. at St. Teresa Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the San Rafael Cemetery.

Michael was born on August 30, 1989 to Jane Marez-LaBelle and Donald LaBelle Jr. Michael passed unexpectedly on Saturday, October 31, 2020.

Michael was an outgoing person who liked to make people laugh. He enjoyed taking things apart and building new things.

The love for his children was unconditional and they were always on his mind. He loved doing things with his children and always had time to help his family and friends when needed.

He is survived by his children: Jazmyn, Michael (MJ), Nayellie and Lillianna (Lilly) LaBelle; the mother of his children: Katlynne (Katie) Aragon; his mother: Jane MarezLaBelle from Milan; NM; brothers: AJ and Cameron LaBelle from Albuquerque, N.M., Donald (DJ) LaBelle from Grants, N.M.; one sister: Miranda LaBelle from Milan; his father: Donald LaBelle Jr. from Mountainair, N.M.; maternal grandmother: Jane Marez from San Rafael, N.M.; paternal grandmother: Gloria LaBelle from Acoma; aunt: Beverely (Victor) Diaz from Milan; uncle: Clarence (Grace) Marez, from San Rafael; uncle: Byron LaBelle from Albuquerque, N.M.; and aunt: Aggie LaBelle from Acoma; one niece and six nephews.

Michael was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather: Andy Marez; cousin: Raymond MarezGarlin; paternal grandfather: Donald LaBelle Sr.

Pallbearers will be Victor Diaz, Dyvin Marez, Martin Gallegos, Bernie Gallegos, Amos Pena Jr. and Lloyd Lopez Jr.

Honorary Pallbearers: Walter Rodriguez and Joe and Pauline Gallegos.

Compassion Mortuary is in charge of services.
