Rosary and Funeral Mass for Samuel Dominguez 96 of Grants, New Mexico will be held on Friday-June 25, 2021-9:30 AM at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the Grants Memorial Park

Samuel was born on February 17, 1925 in Raton, New Mexico and he passed away on June 11, 2021 in Grants, New Mexico. He was a retired Uranium Miner and a Veteran of World War II serving in the US Navy. He loved reading and spending time outside tending to his yard and garden and can’t forget his bingo. He was a man of few words but a heart of gold. His joy was watching his littlest grandchildren play while he sat in his recliner. He spent his evenings watching Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune in which he loved. He will be greatly missed by many.

He is survived by his Children: John Dominguez and wife Jessica of Grants, New Mexico, Alfred Dominguez and wife Leslie of Reno, Nevada and Barbara Liggens of Albuquerque, New Mexico; Step Children: Mike Jaramillo and wife Laura of Grants, New Mexico, Paul Jaramillo and wife Lauri of Placita, New Mexico and Mary Lou Lujan and husband Manuel of Grants, New Mexico; numerous nieces, numerous nephews; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great, great grandchildren; Brother George Dominguez, and Sister Lorenza Sanchez and Annett Smith Friend also known as family and nurse.

He is preceded in death by his Wives: Margret Dominguez and Lydia Dominguez; Daughter: Loretta Rich; Parents: Tomas Dominguez and Mary Dominguez; Step granddaughter Hilary Jaramillo.
