Varna (Massengale) Lamance age 90 passed away peacefully at her home in Los Lunas, New Mexico on July 15, 2021. Services will be held August 14, 2021, at Pie Town Baptist Church at 1:00. The church is located on 35 Festival Lane, Pie Town, New Mexico 87827

She is survived by her daughters: Sherry and husband Jimmy Clanton, Karen and husband Jim Ward; sons: Leonard Lamance and Donna Kline, Darryl Lamance and wife Dolores Molinar.; her grandchildren: Tammi Lamance, Shawna and Kyel Lamb, Sonya Ward, Dwayne and Sarah Ward, Travis and Robin Lamance, Terra Lamance, Jacob and Britni Lamance, Jessica Lamance, and Anthony and Fallon Layman; her great-grandchildren: Dylan and Kolton Lamb, James, William, and Hannah Ward, Wiley and Amelia Lamance, Norell Ward, Mindy Grandjean, Arlow Hassell, Jameson and Wrightly Lamance, Isaiah Rumrill, and Adeline Layman.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Tracy; her sisters: Dalta Caraway and Lessie Morrow; her son: Dwane; grandsons: Daryan, Tracy, and Darryn; daughter-in-law Julie; and great-grandson Dawson.

Burial will be directly after services at the Lamance Ranch Cemetery, followed by a catered dinner at the family cabin. The Lamance Ranch is located on 112 Lamance Road, Pie Town, New Mexico 87827.
