Velma Antonia Anderson

Celebration of Life for Velma Antonia Anderson, 83 of Casa Blanca, New Mexico will be held on Saturday-April 9, 2022-11 AM at the Laguna-Acoma Baptist Church in Budville, New Mexico. Pastor Mark T. Hampton will officiate.A Traditional Wake will be held on Friday-April 8, 2022 Starting at 6:00 PM at the Laguna-Acoma Baptist Church.

Velma was born on April 21, 1938 in Cubero, New Mexico and she passed away on April 5, 2022 in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.

She is survived by her son: Richard Anderson; daughters: Beverly Hampton, Loretta Anderson, Wendy Brown, Adele Scott; sister: Florinda Brito; brothers: Eugene Chavez and Frank Chavez; She had 19 Grandchildren, 58 Great-Grandchildren and seven Great Great-Grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her Loving Husband: Sam F. Anderson, Jr.; parents: Frank Chvez and Flora "Jaramillo" Chavez.

Pallbearers will be Bobby Joe Cheresposy, Jeffrey Cheresposy, Keith Scott, Kelly Scott, Frederick Scott, III, Dwayne Ortiz. Honorary Pallbearer will be Samuel F. Anderson, III
