Another Missile Test Scheduled from Fort Wingate Amid Global Tensions

For the third time in recent months, the U.S. Army has issued a temporary area closure in the Mount Taylor Ranger District for a missile test launch from Fort Wingate to White Sands Missile Range. This will mark the second such missile launches in three months as international tensions rise.

SANTA FE – New Mexico’s State Canvass Board met today in Santa Fe and unanimously certified the results of the 2024 General Election.The State Canvass Board is composed of the Governor, Secretary of State, and Chief Justice of the New Mexico Supreme Court.
