On August 4, the Gallup Red Ribbon team handed off to Grants.The Grants/Cibola County Chamber of Commerce welcomed runners with a barbeque in front of the New Mexico Mining Museum and Grants City Hall— the City of Grants thanked the chamber and their team for the work putting the event together.

Cibola Arts Council Art Director Thia Ray led the group in making this project, which is full of colorful possibilities.
