SANTA FE, NM – Attorney General Hector Balderas filed suit against a number of baby food makers and major retail chains, alleging that they market and sell products in the State that are tainted with dangerous levels of arsenic, lead, mercury, and cadmium.

Around 3:50 p.m. on June 7 Grants Police Department executed a federal arrest warrant on Jesse Burke. Grants Police Department has seen disruption in the movement of drugs in the city since they began working to intercept Burke.
