Even more than from my friends, a phone call from the city of Grants comes every 2-3 days about a water shut off, either planned or unplanned. Since I have experienced a few of these in the past, I am sure it is upsetting for many people in the community. So, a trip to the City offices.

My dad does not like asking for help.He told me this recently when he asked if I could help him put out the dock. His knee was bothering him, and the dock was pulled up on shore at a steep incline. The dock frame was rolled into the water and then the boards of the dock were laid into place.
