CIBOLA COUNTY, N.M. – Community members now have a new option when buying meat. They can purchase locally raised beef.
Behavioral health services are at an all-time high in Grants and Cibola County right now. We have more licensed professional counselors and social workers available, finally, than in the past 20 years.

SAN FIDEL, N.M. – St. Joseph Mission School students are taking part in a hydrology study in Cibola County. The six students, who are sixth, seventh and eighth graders, have started collecting water samples near San Fidel.
GRANTS, N.M. - During this time, it is important to not forget about the little guys; the meaning of little guys ranging from small businesses and facilities to simply our pets. As more pet owners are slowly returning to work, they are finding that their pets are experiencing some anxiety. After all, they had gotten so used to their owners being home during this quarantine so once they suddenly are gone again, it puts a lot of stress on the animals. Grants Animal Care Center director of almost 17 and a half years, Cheri Baisden, said that the best thing to do is to really “make sure to spend quality time with them.”
