Melvin J Heath, age 84, passed away on November 19, 2020. A private graveside service will be held on December 4 followed by interment at Grants Memorial Cemetery. Melvin will be remembered for his love of family, the Zuni Mountains and all of God’s creatures living there.

Ilene Nadine Chavez, 50, of Acoma, New Mexico began her journey home November 13, 2020. Ilene was known to us all as a loving, mother, grandmother sister, auntie, cousin and friend. The list could go on as she was a major part of our lives.

Our beloved George went home to be with God on Saturday October 10, 2020 in Bloomington, Minnesota. Born in Milan, New Mexico in 1962, he attended Grants High School. He served In the Army and was a HVAC and pipefitter by trade.

Jessie Huff Griffey, age 94, died on Monday November 9, 2020 attended by her son in her home in Grants, New Mexico. Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic and current restrictions in place in N.M. services will be scheduled at the First Baptist Church in Grants, N.M. at a later date.

Rosary and Funeral Mass for Rufina Ulibarri 91 of Grants, New Mexico were held on October 30, 2020 at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church. Burial followed at the Grants Memorial Park. Rufinia was born on October 7, 1929 in Van Houten, N.M. and she passed away on October 27, 2020 in Grants, N.M.
