I like taking photos when I’m out of the country. Photographing things in Mexico is effortless. I’ll never understand the nuances of every festival or ritual, but I can enjoy the pageantry and the color and the incredible effort and artistry that goes into creating so much beauty.

Local farmers need to be praised. Growing vegetables and fruits is a challenge, especially in the harsh conditions of Cibola County, I mean, New Mexico is a literal dessert. I tried growing beans once, and I have no idea what I did wrong, but nothing came out of the ground.

Addressing Issues with CDEC Dear Editor, Please consider this letter to reply to Ruben Sandoval concerning the practice of Continental Divide voting procedures for electing Trustees. I do recall seeing Mr. Sandoval's name on the ballot twice, so this procedure is working.
