MILAN, N.M. – After escaping her alleged captor, a woman made her way to the Village of Milan Police Department and alerted officers that she had been kidnapped.

Toxic spill

GRANTS, N.M. – A massive toxic spill just outside of Grants, New Mexico, was a large contributor to the 30-mile-long backup on Interstate 40 through Cibola County on Sunday, November 21. Cleanup operations have been ongoing, as of press time the cleanup work was not yet done.

Alleged murderer arrested

MILAN, N.M. – The Village of Milan Police Department went on the offensive to counter crime in the village, an initiative that led to the arrest of alleged murderer Anthony Montoya. Montoya was wanted on a warrant out of Grants Police Department for an alleged incident which took place in July.

Murder in Laguna

LAGUNA, N.M. – Tragedy struck New Laguna on August 12 when a murder was committed, now the Federal Bureau of Investigations is seeking public assistance in discovering the culprit responsible. Details in the murder investigation are limited as of press time.
