CIBOLA COUNTY, N.M. – Drug searches and seizures are not an uncommon occurrence throughout Cibola County, which boasts Interstate 40, a road better known as the Drug Corridor.

CIBOLA COUNTY, N.M. – Cibola County Emergency Manager Dustin Middleton has lived in Cibola County since October of 2012 and has been the emergency manager since September of 2015. Middleton has an extensive background in emergency service, particularly in the fire service.

A few people have recently reported what appears to be grasshopper damage on a variety of landscape and garden plants. The telltale signs are 1) ragged, chewed holes in leaves, stems, and fruit, and 2) droppings (aka frass, insect excrement) that look kind of like little black ants without legs.

Street Crimes Unit on the offensive

CITY OF GRANTS, N.M.- The City of Grants Police Department has been actively working to take down narcotics dealers and abusers. The Street Crimes Unit from GPD has been working to lockup criminals from across the city, and on June 28 managed to arrest an alleged drug trafficker.
