    GRANTS, N.M. – Uncle Boyz, located at NMSU-Grants Branch 1500 N. Third St., marked its grand opening September 10, 2026, with a celebration sponsored by the Grants/Cibola County Chamber of Commerce.

    The ribbon cutting welcomed the restaurant as one of the Chamber’s newest members and gave community members an opportunity to visit the business and meet its staff. Chamber events recognizing new and expanding businesses help connect local owners with residents while highlighting continued investment in the Cibola County economy.
