Donn Webb passed away peacefully in his home on February 15, 2023 at the age of 79.
Donn was the only son of Agnes, a homemaker, and Bob, a service manager. Growing up, Donn played basketball and baseball for Santa Ana High School and College.
He served in the USAF from 1962-1966 stationed in Clovis Air Force base. After the service, Donn earned his MA in history at California State University, Fullerton. In the 1970s and 1980s, Donn taught and coached at Mater Dei, Grants and Mohave High Schools, NMSU, and played oldies on the radio.
In his final years, Donn enjoyed playing records on KDSK, volunteering at St Teresa of Avila, waxing cars and spending time at the gym, gardening and riding his beach cruiser. Donn married his wife Sharon in 2002. Sadly, she passed away in 2020 and is survived by Derrick, Michael, Alexis, Xavier, Jadon, Damon, and Soraya.
He is survived by Stephanie, Emad, Alex and Gaby. His cremated remains will be interred at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
