Steven Tucker Buchanan

Steven Tucker Buchanan, age 68, a long-time resident of Albuquerque, passed away on the 20th of January, 2022 Steve was born in St. Albans, Vermont to William J. Buchanan, Jr., and Mildred B. Sites Buchanan on the 17th of August, 1953. He was born into a military family and moved frequently, including several different states and the country of Japan.

He eventually settled in Albuquerque, establishing his own construction company. Here he met the love of his life and Fiancee, Antionette, they were together for over 20 years.

In addition to Antionette, he is survived by their son Christopher, two Grandchildren Janessa and Ariana, his two brothers, Bill and Jim, his sister Rebecca, numerous nephews, nieces, grand nephews and grand nieces

Steve enjoyed the outdoors, cooking, working in his shop, building things out of wood, riding his horse and motorcycle. Steve was a 2nd degree black belt and loved coaching and sharing his art with others. He was a friend to all and will be sorely missed.

Services will be held on March 12, 2022 in Grants NM. Flowers can be sent to First Baptist Church 224 Mountain Road Grants NM by March 11, 2022.
