Community members and husband and wife duo Roger and Evelyn Siegmann have been facilitating an annual “All Fools’ Day Car Cruise” for six years now. It started in 2016, during which the Siegmann’s remember enduring a sudden winter storm for the very first cruise.

Sister Sara Marie Gomez is celebrating 60 years as an Ursuline Sister. A native of Gobernador, Sister Sara Marie served 36 years in New Mexico, including as a teacher at St. Joseph School, San Fidel (1977-83).

GRANTS, N.M. – New Mexico State University Grants branch celebrated its students that completed a rigorous and demanding four-and-a-half-year long course to earn their Bachelor of Science in Nursing. The eight-member class received their nursing pins on December 1 inside the NMSU-G auditorium.

GRANTS, N.M. – A little over a month ago, in October, local rap artist Ivan Garcia was informed of his selection to perform at a showcase event in Atlanta, Georgia. The event was put together by an organization called Coast 2 Coast LIVE, which features up and coming artists from across the country.
