Celebrating Dia De Los Muertos in Cibola

GRANTS, N.M. — Dia de los Muertos (Spanish for, “Day of the Dead”) is celebrated every year on November 1 and 2 to honor and remember family members that have passed away. This year, the Cibola Arts Council decided to hold a small celebration for Dia De Los Muertos at the Double Six Art Gallery.

Diego Lopez, Reporter LAGUNA, N.M. — An Amber Alert issued for 5month-old Ezra Raphealito of Espanola has been canceled after the infant was found safe, according to New Mexico State Police. The alert was triggered Thursday afternoon just after 5:15 p.m.
