Trout Action Steady, Tiger Muskie Active at Bluewater LakeSpring fishing remains productive at Bluewater Lake, with anglers reporting fair to good trout action and a noticeable uptick in tiger muskie activity.
The Grants High School Pirates are now ranked second in the state, just behind Artesia High School (11-6, 0-0) after defeating district rival, the Belen Eagles, on April 11 by a score of 3-2. On Wednesday April 9, City of Grants Police Department joined forces with members of the City of Grants Fire and Rescue, the Village of Milan Police Department, and the City of Grants Council to participate in a Donkey Basketball event.
