Dexter Demonizes Pirates 34-12

A challenging night for the Grants High School Pirates in their second home game of the season at the 3-A Dexter Demons rolled into town last Friday and in a penalty heavy game for both teams the Demons came out on top at the end of the night by a score of 34-12.

Grants High School Cross Country is ready to start off their season. They recently competed a meet at St. Pius High School, the meet consisted of two loops around the St. Pius campus.

Not a parking spot available at 'The Nest' this past Friday as popular rival Santa Fe Indian School. The Hawks did not disappoint the spirited home crowd as they ran away with the game by a 52-0 margin.The Hawks will host another home game this Thursday against Hatch Valley (2-1)

Grants High School Boys’ Soccer Head Coach John Malcolm celebrated his first win last week as the head coach of the GHS boys’ soccer team. Boys’ soccer defeated I-40 rival the Gallup Bengals 8-1.“This was a good win for us---we learned some good points,” said Malcolm.
