Martinez 9th at State Meet

The young GHS boys’ cross-country team and individual runner, Laila Martinez, ran this past Saturday representing Grants High School at the Western Sky Community Care State Cross Country State Championship.

Pirate Soccer Ends

Senior goalkeeper Adynn Knighton readies himself to kick the ball after successfully stopping a goal attempt at a recent game. Both Pirate soccer teams wrapped up their seasons last week. The GHS boys’soccer team ended up 1- 16, 0-8 while the lady Pirates ended their season 0-15-2, 0-8.

Pirate Volleyball Up-Date

The Lady Pirates volleyball team is in 8-12,1-5 after a 3-0 district loss to St. Pius 13-7, 6-0. Their next game will be November 2nd against Highland High School (1-15,0-4) in an away district game.
