New Mexico Sees $267.1 Million in Student Loan Debt Forgiven Under Biden Administration

SANTA FE, N.M. — The New Mexico Higher Education Department announced on Monday that 6,270 New Mexicans have benefited from federal student loan forgiveness initiatives under President Joe Biden’s administration, resulting in a total debt discharge of $267.1 million in the state.

Road Closure, City of Grants: There will be a road closure of Iron Ave. from Warren to Santa Fe Ave., including the Iron/High St. intersection, starting on Monday, February 19th, 2024 for 2 to 3 weeks for utility work. Residents of Iron and Hill St. will have access from Warren Ave.
