The 7-1 Fighting Colts of Silver City High School went on a 36-0 run in the first quarter against the Grants Pirates football team and added 14 points in the second half for a 50-0 district win over the Grants High School Pirates Football Team this past weekend in an away game for the Pirates.

Pirates drop homecoming game, 44-0

Homecoming was not too homely for the hosting Grants Pirates, as they lost their 2022 homecoming game to the fifth ranked Taos Tigers who came in with a 5-1 record to the Port of the Pirates last Saturday.
