Mercy Vigil Chacon, born Mercedes Valencia, 86, peacefully left this earth March 15, after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer’s. Services will be held at San Rafael Catholic Church in San Rafael, NM on April 14 at 11 a.m. Graveside services immediately following at Grants Cemetery.

Floyd Garcia on April 6, 2023 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He was born May 7, 1952 in Grants, New Mexico. Mr. Garcia lived in Grants, New Mexico all his life. He was a huge fan of the Denver Broncos NFL football team and the Grants Pirates. He also was a big supporter of all the Grants youth sports.

Barbara Lopez

Barbara Lopez “Bear” was born December 4, 1959 in Grants, NM and passed away after a battle with a life long illness on Monday, April 3, 2023 at the age of 63. Barbara fought a hard life long disease of diabetes from the age of 8 years old.

Rebecca 'Becky' Sanchez went to be with her Lord & Savior on March 11, 2023 surrounded by her loved ones. Becky was born to Frutoso Quintana & Eufemia Sandoval on December 16, 1935 in Pecos N.M.. She was a homemaker and enjoyed babysitting and helping raise her grandchildren.

Edith Padilla Archunde was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She passed away peacefully at home on March 11, 2023, at the age of 98, with her daughters Charlotte Vigil and Theresa Garcia and son Henry (Tacho) by her side.
