2026 Village of Milan T-Ball Registration

MILAN, N.M. - Registration for the 2026 season will take place April 1, 2026 - May 21, 2026, Mondays - Thursdays from 7:30am to 5:00pm at the Recreation/Rockin' 66 Express Building located at 407 Airport Road, Milan, NM 87021.

BLUEWATER LAKE, N.M. – Mid-April has brought steady springtime activity across Cibola County’s local fishing spots, with wildlife sightings continuing at Bluewater Lake and the first notable “intown” catch report of the season at the Grants Riverwalk Pond.

Currently the Grants High School Pirates Baseball Team is number 1 in district 5 4A with a record of 13-8 and 4-0. Pirates Rising, Defeat Belen in Tight Game

The boys of summer are sizzling with 8 wins in a row and defeating two competitive district teams in the past 2 weeks. Last Friday, April 10th they defeated Belen (11-8, 2-1) by a close 3-2 score to move them to 1st place in district 5 4A.

GRANTS, N.M. “Fear the Gap” was the name of the most recent track meet the Pirates participated in. It was held at Piedra Vista High School last weekend.Notables for the Pirates were Laila Martinez who placed 1st in the 800 meters with a time of 2:14.65.
