GRANTS, NM – On September 20, the Cibola County Commission held a special meeting which included one discussion action item, “Consideration of Resolution 202346 Opposing the New Mexico Governors Unilateral Suspension of the Statutory & Constitutional Civil Rights of New Mexicans.

GRANTS, NM – Albuquerque Police Department announced the arrest of two suspects in connection with the shooting death of 11-year-old Froylan Villegas. The young boy was killed on September 6 while leaving an Isotopes baseball game with his family in Albuquerque.

GRANTS, NM – The streets of Grants, New Mexico were rocked when local law enforcement was locked into a minor chase, eventually Grants Police Department was able to detain Rosendo Morales on suspicions of impaired driving and marijuana possession.
