David passed away on November 7, 2021 at his home in Bluewater Village, NM, at the age of 63. He was born on August 5, 1958 in Holbrook, Arizona. On Friday November 12, 2021 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints meetinghouse, 29 Navarre Blvd. in Thoreau, NM. A viewing will begin at 10 a.m. Then at 11 a.m. a Funeral service will be conducted by First Counselor in the Bishopric, Billy Moore. Interment will follow at Pioneer Memorial Park in Bluewater, NM. Numerous area agencies will provide fire service honors.

Funeral services for Cameron LaBelle 26 of Albuquerque, NM will be held on Tuesday, November 23, 2021. A rosary will be held at 9:30 am at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church in Grants, NM with a mass following at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at the San Rafael Cemetery.

Leucaria “Lea” Baca Venable, age 91, passed away peacefully on November 9, 2021, at her home in Grants, New Mexico, surrounded by her family. Lea was born January 12, 1930, in the Village of San Mateo, N.M. to parents Rafeal Baca and Seferina Gonzales Baca and was the second of nine children. Rosary and services will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2021, at 1l a.m. at the Compassion Mortuary Chapel. Interment will immediately follow at the Grants Memorial Park.

Jack Eugene Gholson age 67 of Grants New Mexico, loving husband and father of four, passed on Tuesday November 2, 2021. Jack was born November 27, 1953, in Lone Pine California to Bob and Dorothy Gholson and relocated and raised in Grants, New Mexico with his siblings Marlyn, Rob, Doug, George and Stacey.

Sherry Alene "Gaines" Duck, 74, died peacefully in the arms of her husband and daughter on November 4, 2021at their home in Grants, New Mexico after a courageous battle with cancer. Services will be held at 1 pm, November 1l, at First Baptist Church 212 Mountain Rd, Grants, N.M.

Benses Margarito Salazar was born February 22, 1940, to Aurelio and Sara Salazar from San Mateo, New Mexico and passed away October 12, 2021. Rosery and Mass will be held Friday November 12, 2021, 9:30 a.m.

Stephen R. Murrietta was born on September 2, 1956 and went home to the Lord on October 18, 2021.

Medardo Gonzales left the family he loved to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on September 20, 2021. He died of natural causes at the VA hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He was 88. A memorial service will be held at First Baptist Church of West Albuquerque, 6400 Gold Course Rd. NW Albuquerque, NM at 11:00 am, November 20, 2021, with a reception following. He will be laid to rest with a military service in Santa Fe at the National Veterans Cemetery – a later date soon to follow.

Debra Ann Bodley was born October 17, 1974, in Denver, Colorado, passed October 11, 2021. Services were held October 16 at Grace Baptist Church.

Charlotte Russell passed away on November 1, 2021 after a long battle with numerous illnesses. She was 73 years old. Charlotte will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Services will be held Saturday, November 6, 2021 at Compassion Mortuary at 2 p.m.
