Season Change Brings Trout Surge and Winter Hours to Bluewater BLUEWATER LAKE , N.M. – The seasons have changed, and so have the hours at Bluewater Lake State Park.Starting Nov. 1 to Mar 31, the park will be open from 7am to 5pm for recreational purposes.
