Pet of the Week

Tammy is a female lab/golden retriever/terrier mix. She came in with her sister Taylor in July 2022. In December 2022, Taylor was adopted for Christmas and Tammy is still at the Animal Care Center waiting for her perfect home. Tammy is a happy doggie, loves a toy or two and a good walk.

GRANTS, NM – Despite continued high-infection rates in Cibola County, the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency officially came to an end in the United States on May 11.

Homicide Investigation

Grants, NM– The Grants Police Department is conducting a homicide investigation that occurred on Monday, May 15, 2023. The homicide victim has been identified as Matthew Vallejos (40), of Grants New Mexico. At approximately 8:19 P.M.
