Animal Care Clinic cares about pets

Body
We are neither an animal shelter nor a pound. We are the “Animal Care Center” of Grants. Our mission is to save the lives of precious dogs and cats. Our policy is to NOT EUTHANIZE. We save, not destroy. We rescue starving and abandon pets from certain death. We rehabilitate and then find homes for them. Over the coming months we will save hundreds of dogs and cats abandoned in our community and enlighten you as to how we do it. We accomplish this with both paid staff, volunteers, and citizens like yourself who will adopt and provide homes for them. Please follow our mission each week in this paper as we struggle to rehabilitate rather than euthanize.

Mount Taylor Medical Supply owners celebrate one-year anniversary with grand opening

Body
About one year ago, Mount Taylor Medical Supply, a business that has been in Grants, New Mexico for many years, was purchased and taken over by Parkhurst pharmacist Matt Munson and health worker Shelley Martinez. Munson and Martinez took over the business right around the beginning of the pandemic, so they never got the opportunity to host a grand opening or anything of the sort. A year later and the owners were able to hold a grand opening as well as a one-year anniversary celebration.
