ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.– Sacred Wind Communications, Inc. and Navajo Technical University have announced a new agreement to explore the expansion of broadband connectivity using unassigned 2.5 GHz spectrum to reach tribal communities and remote homes in the Eastern Navajo Agency. GRANTS, N.M. - NMSU officials announced on Aug. 11 that they would be doing away with three of the branch’s campus president positions. Those positions include NMSU-Alamogordo, NMSU-Carlsbad, and NMSU-Grants, leaving Dona Ana Community College untouched by the changes. According to an NMSU press release in the Carlsbad Current Argus, these actions are a part of the institution’s efforts to move towards “a more integrated system of branch campuses…”
